Support can help with product questions, troubleshooting, ticket updates, guidance on where to find information, and next steps for contacting the Exquode team.

Support cannot confirm custom pricing, discounts, delivery deadlines, legal commitments or project scope unless those details already exist in an official Exquode proposal, contract or customer agreement.

For new work, the correct path is a discovery call or onboarding application. Exquode confirms scope, timeline and pricing after reviewing requirements and preparing a proposal.

For existing customers, account-specific commitments should be checked against the active agreement, service level arrangement, proposal or project documents.
