The Get Onboard form collects the business name, industry, country, company size, decision-maker details, role, email, phone or WhatsApp, services of interest, expected timeline, indicative budget and the problem the organisation is trying to solve.
After submission, Exquode reviews the form within 24 hours. A written response is expected within 48 hours with proposed next steps in plain English.
The next step is usually a discovery call within 7 days. The discovery call is used to clarify business goals, workflows, integrations, users, data, risks and success criteria.
For suitable projects, Exquode prepares a scoped proposal within about 14 days. A scoped proposal describes the fixed scope, timeline and price for the recommended path.
