Exquode platforms are designed with role-based access control so users only see the parts of the system that match their role and responsibilities.
Audit trails record sensitive operational actions so organisations can review what happened, when it happened and which account performed the action.
Platform reliability information is published through the Platform Status page, and product updates are announced through Release Notes on the Exquode website.
Security questions that go beyond the public Trust & Security summary should be raised with Exquode through the Contact page or through the customer's normal account channel.
