What happens during setup for Exquode product platforms.

Most StoreQuode, HotelQuode and DeliQuode customers go live within 2 to 4 weeks. WedQuode can go live within days when guest lists and vendor data are ready to import.

Onboarding usually includes discovery, configuration, data migration, role setup, team training, launch support and post-launch monitoring. The exact rollout depends on the product, number of locations, data quality, integrations and training needs.

Critical workflows can continue offline and sync when connectivity returns. StoreQuode supports offline counter workflows, HotelQuode supports offline-capable critical property workflows, DeliQuode rider apps can queue updates offline, and WedQuode event-day checklists can continue offline.

Customer data remains the customer's data. Exquode product platforms support export in standard formats, daily backups, encryption at rest and role-based access.
