Choosing between an Exquode product and a custom build

Exquode recommends a productized platform when the business need closely matches a proven operating model. StoreQuode fits retail and e-commerce operations, HotelQuode fits hotels and hospitality teams, DeliQuode fits delivery and logistics workflows, and WedQuode fits weddings and event operations.
A productized platform is usually the faster path when the goal is to replace spreadsheets, launch a standard operational system, connect payments, manage teams and report on daily activity without starting from a blank page.
A custom build is better when the organisation has unusual workflows, regulated processes, complex integrations, multiple departments, or a product idea that does not fit an existing Exquode platform.
Some engagements combine both approaches: a productized Exquode platform for the core workflow, with custom modules, dashboards, integrations or mobile apps around it.
