Exquode's way of working has four stages: analysis, planning and design, development and deployment, and ongoing support. During analysis, the team breaks the problem into simple stories and gathers requirements with the people doing the work. During planning and design, the team prepares specifications, prototypes, architecture decisions and a delivery plan. During development and deployment, the team ships iterative releases using real users and real data. After launch, Exquode continues support and improvement.

Exquode's journey started in 2015 in Accra as a freelance studio building web and mobile apps for small and medium businesses. In 2017, Exquode launched StoreQuode v1 for retail with two anchor customers. In 2020, HotelQuode, DeliQuode and WedQuode joined the product line. In 2024, Exquode expanded its AI and integration practice, 24/7 operations desk and biometric attendance line. Today, Exquode works across six markets and continues helping organisations reimagine their business through a digital lens.
