Sales and Marketing (Commission Based) Position - Apply Now
We are looking for a hungry, proactive and committed individual with SaaS Sales experience to join our high-performing Sales team in Ghana. You will work with inspiring team in the organization to identify needs and provide solutions to address. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow within this role as we are still at the beginning of our journey to become africa leader in what we do and the world at large, so you can forge your own career and be part of something really special.
We expect a full sales cycle, from lead to close, and must love the thrill of the hunt, however, you will be handling professional communication via mails or phone calls, generating and warming up leads.
Full Time - Fully Remote
This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
Flexible working hours and working from home.
- Strong software solution sales experience, SaaS a plus (2 years’ +)
- Understanding of sales methodologies (value selling, prospecting, solutions selling, strategic selling)
- Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment and to adapt to change easily
- Able to build rapport quickly over phone or face to face with strong networking skills.
- Non-profit industry experience is a plus
- Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
- Qualifying, pursuing and closing new business sales opportunities.
- Understand the mission of each prospect and quantify how the software solution will make an impact.
- Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service support.
- Follow up prospect regarding deals discussed and take feedback to improve processes.
